The campground is 6 miles off I-20 but easy to find and enter with a big rig. Check-in was fast and easy. The site was very level, however very narrow. We were there mid-week and it was relatively quiet in the evening; however it was very noisy early the next morning between 5 and 6 am when the "permanents" left for work in their loud trucks and cars without mufflers. There were gaggles of Canada Geese strolled throughout the campground leaving their droppings for you to step in!

The park is easily accessible by big rigs. A new area for short-term or overnight pull-thru has been added. The amenities are sparse but the staff is exceptionally nice and helpful. The campground is quiet and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice and clean "bare bones" campground with friendly staff. Easy in and easy out for a big rig. We will definitely stay here again and we hope next time we will have time to visit the RV store and take advantage of the Newmar dealer's maintenance shop if we should need it. (And everyone knows "something" generally goes wrong every time you move one of these rigs!)
